Already have a registered installation but do not have a username/password ?
If you have a current installation of Sales syntax and have already registered your installation you may not have a username and password assigned to your account.. If this is the case you can access the member services by simply logging into your own live help application on your server and then clicking on the "Member services" link once viewing the overview index page. You will be given an option to create a username an password at that time..
